Concise Theology by J.I. Packer Same format as Sproul's Essential Truths... Might work well for family devotions.
The Doctrine of God by John M. Frame Excellent analysis of God's attributes by a fair, clear and profound theologian.
Essential Truths of the Christian Faith by R.C. Sproul Hits all the major topics in short, two- to three-page chapters. Excellent introduction to theology.
Foundations of the Christian Faith by James Montgomery Boice Good introduction for those not used to theological reading. This will acquaint you with all the major doctrines and excite you to read more.
Institutes of the Christian Religion by John Calvin Systematic and analytical, but warm and pastoral too. Regarded as one of the greatest theological writings in the history of the church.
Know the Truth by Bruce Milne Quite small compared to the other systematics listed here, but would serve as a good introduction to major theological views.
Systematic Theology by Louis Berkhof Classic reformed systematic theology used in seminaries. Writing is rather dry and academic, but provides helpful contrasts between Reformed and other theological viewpoints.
Systematic Theology by Wayne Grudem Extremely helpful treatment of major theological topics, from a Reformed Baptist perspective.
